Theory of play

Huizinga states that plays free and is in fact freedom play,is not ordinary or real life, it can be imaginary in your head or whatever you want it to be. Play creates order and no profit can be gained from it. 

Huizinga states that play is built into humanity and animals there fore you can not  learn play and that it's already an instinct and is older than culture itself. When you play, you play for experience and fun. Play can also teach young animals and humans the roles that may need to follow in later life such as how to defend itself, how to  think for it's self and how to be the best it can be in life.

I think play is an inbuilt instinct into humans and that it can be used to take your mind off other things in life its main purpose is to be enjoyed and to brings people together.
